Hey @Starlink, your system shows my order as delivered but @FedEx says it wasn’t & they don’t know where the package or when it will be delivered. I need internet to run my business. Time to see if your customer service is worth a damn or not.

Their movements weren't perfect but they were damn good for a 7 and a 9 year old. After a year of watching and learning, their body awarness and ability to be coached and put themselves in good lifting positions was so incredible. @ZEvenEsh.

Their workout consisted of push ups, push up planks, carries, goblet squats, split squats, kettlebell swings, 1-arm dumbbell rows, kettlebell deadlifts and of course their animal movements. To say they were excited, happy and sore would be an understatement.

Then it became "boring" and less fun and they didn't like that and stopped wanting to train. So last night I told them they were going to do a workout but with some adjustments to their skill level.
