Saw some bear front and pressures all weekend. Dom Capers was one of the best at bringing pressure from the bear front, including 5 man fire zones! Here is a pressure that is cover 3 v or cover 2 trap depending on the formation.

T-Step or Bicycle…..BOTH. It should be a combination of both not just one or the other. In reality the question should be “where is the plant foot (back foot) pointed while breaking?”Not all players have the same range of dorsiflexion…That’s the real statement to consider.

.@RichieGrayGSI .@ADRCoachDev Really emphasizing "Strike Foot" being in close proximity to the runner. No "diving" in our tackling. Same foot, same shoulder. Start 1-Step, then go to 2-Step. Clamp the legs. Little bit better everyday. 3-Step progression soon.
