Capri had Flag Football tryouts for coeds 4th-6th grade. She’s in 4th grade so we let her know she might not make the team. Didn’t even know if she could catch a football. She didn’t get her speed from her mom or dad.

Made it to day 30. Started on 7/22 at 251.2. Weighed in today at 237.8. That makes 13.4 pounds lost. The goal now is to not find them pounds again.
