Parental tools learned @HeadCoachTC that apply to being a great coach and parent: ✅ Something may not be your fault but it’s your responsibility ✅ Trust them to execute the responsibilities you give them ✅ Listen more than you speak ✅ Communicate with open ended questions

Some take aways from going from Ast. Coach to HC to Ast: - EVERYTHING matters - Collaboration > competition - Players notice EVERYTHING - People will meet you where you perceive them to be over where you “want” them to be
