do the nhs leaders, bossess, Xecutives, chairs, boyz have the slightest idea about the difference between control and creativity ? i will given them a clue ... control ? fire ! creativity ? empower ! no wonder the nhs is broken, now wonder

i no longer trust the boyz running the nhs, many of them are party politician's puppet, will only talk when their strings are pulled, i reserve judgment on the other gender, we will have to wait & c

so easy to DO a deal eh NHS E ? so hard to DO the implementation, if your team is DOING deals then your team need to be held to account, just common sense my work friends, just common sense ...

Why can’t nurse X @ NHS provider X go and help out at provider Y ? because to some extent "it" is no longer national, ask the board @ CUH NHS FT to Xplain and if they can’t come back to me and I will

Fellow NHS doctors Do you think if i moved for the last 3-4 years of my career, any trust would want to employ a 60 year old who had been a consultant for 28 years in two different trusts, was totally incompetent with EPR and was planning to retire within the next 5 years max?

the UK is moving towards AI, brill, the UK is gr8 @ collecting DATA, great, however, the UK has plenty of tech talkers/academics, wot it does not have is engineers, software engineers - lordy lordy SHOUT OUT - GO DIGITALL PUBLIC SECTOR !!!

has the UK turned into a country where the boyz that shout the loudest (BJ, NF ...) are the ones that get on and end up running things ? how very SAD indeed, and a very poor reflection on my gender

i know some great NHS consultants, all patient facing for 80%+ of their time, but the truth is that there are possibly just too many of them, leadership MUST be honest and open

leaders, please remember the tax payer is paying, either directly (e.g. NHS) or indirectly (e.g. RCS), just be honest ... IT is about the money now and putting patients an carers 1st

A virtual bed run by 2’ care costs on average £665 an admission. 2’ care focus is costly, it will cost less in the community if trusted with the funding

compare the railways to the nhs - fragmentation should be making easier to PM well paid leaders and management NOT providing an abundance of well paid management and leader ship jobs, also think of the spine (TQq NHS D) in in the same way as the railway tracks, the railways need

why o why in 2025 are (Y)our NHS hospitals not running smoothly 24/7 ? do NHS managers/leaders work on Saturdays and/or Sundays ? money ? take a m/t/w/t/f friday off, common nhs leadership .. grow up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
