All time Pittsburgh animal lineup: Beechview Alligator, Stanton Heights Macaw, South Shore Bobcat, Frick Park Black Rat Snake, Wylie Ave Rooster, Highland Park Bear, Mt. Washington Bear, Darlene Harris’ circus elephant, & North Side Sea Eagle (hope the Eagle returns safely soon!)
This morning, September 25, a Steller’s Sea Eagle who lives at the National Aviary got out of its habitat. A team of experts are working to safely get the bird back home to the Aviary.

Using smart cans, @PGHDPW is expanding garbage pick-up while saving money by more efficiently deploying resources. The new Sensored Litter Receptacle Crews will target cleanup of high-impact areas like the North Shore, East Carson Street, & Lawrenceville.
