May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month! ☀️. Most skin cancers are caused by damage to the skin from exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun or sunbeds. The best protection against skin cancer is to be safe in the sun and wear at least an SPF 30 with a 5* UVA rating.
