I banish thoughts of work and family and take time to knit back together the pulled threads of my life. It’s like an MOT for my soul. This year was v physically challenging (see pic) for an amateur like me. But I left proud of what I achieved, lighter of heart and clearer of head

Back to work after a much needed yoga retreat. I never seem to make time for it on real life but manage to slip away for a few days of yoga each year with a very close friend. I love how I uncurl physically and reconnect emotionally….
