‼️ICYMI: A North Carolina law passed on Tuesday (overriding the Gov.'s veto) will make the cost of doing business for the p*rn industry very high in NC🔥🔥🔥. We need this law in all 50 states. US-produced p*rn is 90% of the global industry. Time to regulate it to death.

These laws are effective. PornHub has now pulled out of 17 states that have these laws. Age-verification laws mean that if a child were to click on a link to PornHub or another porn site they wouldn't be able to click through to see its violent and dehumanizing sexual content.

The Court also said age-verification is NECESSARY for an effective prohibition on minors accessing age-inappropriate sexual content. And the need for AV online is EVEN GREATER than the real world.

They have said ENOUGH. They have put the onus back where it belongs on the porn sites themselves, rather than parents, to restrict children's access to pornography. And the Supreme Court has handed them a resounding victory that age-verification laws are CONSTITUTIONAL.

I’ve been involved with these efforts from the beginning and it’s been the most inspiring movement to be part of. These states understand what is happening, the scourge of online pornography on our children, and how impossible it is for parents to fight it alone.

Parents need better laws to back them up. The government must step in to help parents. We need collective solutions. As I outline in The Tech Exit, age-verification laws are one type of these most-needed laws. The good news is that states have been stepping up.
