We've been very busy recently as prospective developments are being sent to us from new clients along the #SouthCoast. From 25 units in #Brighton to 21 units in #Worthing. As well as #RefurbishmentDetailing for some existing student halls. Keep 'em coming, is what we say!

One of the projects we're currently working on involves us filtering through over 5,000 documents to locate the most current data, set of plans, elevations and sections. We can't show you the data itself, but here's a blurry screenshot of one of the spreadsheets! #ExcelGeek

Roman, our Chartered #ArchitecturalTechnologist has been compiling the windows & doors schedules for the Debenham's building. The size, opening function & performance requirement of the 400 elements needs to be accounted for. As does the acoustic, thermal & safety performance.

We're excited to be involved in the conversion of an old bank building into treatment rooms and yoga studio in #Hove. Our #Revit technician, Matt, had managed to produce a #ConceptDrawing a couple of weeks ago and work is due to start very soon!

We've been working with the Debenhams #DesignTeam this month to integrate each of the teams conflicting requirements to develop a coherent #design. We've also been working through the planning and legislation elements for the design. #BuildingRegulations #ConstructionDetailing

We got a unanimous #planning decision at Arun Council this week for a #NewBuild house! It started as a #BuildingRegs pack for an extension, but it was decided that a new property would be a more suitable solution. Read the full story on our website: https://t.co/j853U2FmxT

Our team have been creating a tender pack for our Adur and Worthing Council project for checking and coordination with other members of the #design team. It's a #refurbishment of a #HistoricBuilding that’s been changed over the years and is now being turned into #SocialHousing.

We have been working towards #compliance and sign off for the #refurbishment of an old pub converted into 8 apartments in #Worthing. The project has taken longer than expected due to #BuildingControl and contractor issues so it'll be good to see this one over the line.

Following the previous contractor going into administration, we're making a full assessment before construction continues at a site in #Shoreham. Once everything has been thoroughly checked (and checked again!), we'll file it and create an O&M documentation for handover.

It was fantastic to work with @CheesmurBC and @adurandworthing to #build much needed #housing for local residents. We're just working on getting all of the sign-off information and SAP's together to bring the project to a close. Thanks to Cheesmur for the photos!

We also took the #ArchitecturalTechnology students to an old Debenhams site last week. We're currently working with the Structural Engineers, SWP to develop the new structure and their consultant team to develop how the EnergyStrategy for the #building will work.

It was great to take some #ArchitecturalTechnology students to Marine Place in #Worthing last week. Making sure students see real projects is important to us and we try to do as much as we can with local educational authorities. Thanks to Poorang for the photos!

We've been modelling 80 flats in an old Debenhams #building, taking the #planning drawings and 3D survey data (thanks @archidata_uk ) to create a 3Dmodel of the proposed design. When we're working on projects of this scale, we're always so grateful for #Revit!
