It's 1st July and nearly the school holidays! We will most definitely be going #backtoschool this summer though as we have secured contracts for #newbuild and #refurbishment works in 7 #schools across #Sussex. We'll be aiming to gain top marks for each job of course!

We are pleased to have completed the #roofing works at the Falmer sports complex in Brighton. This was a complex roof to work on and we are grateful to Sussex Asphalte and Amazon Access for their assistance with this project.

Work continues well at Oaklands Care Home in #Hove. 15 en-suite bedrooms, storage, lounge and other rooms are now plastered and mist coated, aiming to complete the new extension by early Autumn. More info on how we work in the #Health and #Care sectors https://t.co/ykwImq1bSy

We're really pleased to have completed this #refurbishment project in #Lancing. Works included; remedial works to flat roofs, curtain walling, repointing, rainwater gutter repairs, internal decorations, new floor coverings and works to the door entry systems.

We've been working with @SussexUni for 5+ years. Recently completing #refurbishment at the Richmond Building & currently completing #roofing work at Falmer Sports Complex. We're proud of our continued work with the University to improve its facilities & ultimately its offering.

We're proud of our achievements with local councils & housing associations to provide homes for local people. Most recently, we completed 3 schemes to create homes on unused sites. Now, we're on Albion Street in #Southwick completing a scheme that will provide more needed homes.

Works progressing well at Beachcroft Place in #Lancing. #Roofing and #gutter repairs to the smaller blocks are now complete. #InternalWorks are also going well with decorations to ceilings and walls nearly complete. Flooring works have commenced in the smaller blocks too.

The new Special Support Centre at #Felpham Community College is progressing well. An acoustic slatted ceiling has been installed, recommended by @andersonacousti to ensure compliance with BB93 - the Department for Education’s guideline for the acoustic design of schools.

Currently renewing old toilets in the Richmond Building @SussexUni into 2 more #AllGenderToilets. We're also converting 1 old classroom & storage area into a modern prototype #DesignStudio. We're working around students and staff, accessing all floors via the common stairwell.

Works at Falmer Sports Complex at University of Sussex are progressing well. Despite the poor weather we've had recently, the #roofing works are now complete and the next phase of #scaffolding has commenced.

Today, we had a HIAB lorry arrive at our #warehouse site to deliver 3 Lochnivar units weighing a total of 6 tonnes! Work is nearing completion now with the high level walls complete, including decorations. Along with a new #ramp, kitchen and office. Not long now!

We've been busy at @SussexUni in #Falmer, installing #AllGenderToilets, shower rooms, an #AccessibleToilet with shower and several storage areas. We also adapted old #ventilation and #drainage systems, all while the block remained open. #BuildingContractors #Construction
