16 illegal and some dangerous bikes off the streets from one week. The folding shopper style cycle was adapted with a 1000 watt motor. It can go at 30+ mph! If you think that scratching away the 1000 watt sign & putting a 250 watt sticker on will fool us - think again! PS10
