Intentionally or recklessly causing a public nuisance, contrary to section 78 of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 is an indictable offence. Our evidence shows the UK’s biggest polluters could be breaking the law, so we’re within our rights to stop a crime taking.
