To me the whole Med vs Alpine vs Nordic has always been a dumb war between brothers. All Europeans are brothers, we all come from the same 3 populations (WSH, EEF and WHG) so we’re literally the same people, we might differ culturally but we’re brothers genetically. Accept it.

Let me clarify this: Bavarians are Germanic. They have 25-30% Germanic DNA, which is a substantial chunk of ancestry. Like Scots and Irish are celts, despite having 20-30% Hallstatt Celtic admixture, which is 100% significant. They’re both cultural and ethnic terms, nothing new.

@istvaeonic Not really, Germany is a diverse country, northern Germany is the more "Nordic" one, but the south is still fairly celtic with a germanic superstratum.

I’ve heard this too many times and now it’s time to settle this dispute: who can be considered white? In genetic terms. Please explain who and why in the comments. I’ll be glad to hear everyone’s opinion.

Iron Age England, Cornwall and Wales were more Hallstatt/LaTene shifted than you'd think.

Early Bronze Age insular Bell Beakers vs Modern day Irish, Scottish and Welsh. Hallstatt/LaTene continental signal is well present, so this meme is funny, but historically and genetically inaccurate 🤷‍♂️
