So the @Qantas flight booking function on their website has not been working now for 6 hours. 2nd time in a fortnight. Absolute shocker.

This might be a good follow up to your story @abcnews re rogue baggage handlers. @qantas executives saying they are “appalled” but then rejecting legitimate claims by loyal customers who have been impacted.

Baggage handlers who were filmed laughing and throwing luggage onto an airport conveyor belt are stood down by company Swissport for the "disrespectful behaviour".
It’s one thing to stand down baggage handlers for trashing our luggage, but @Qantas how about taking responsibility and replacing it. You’ve fought me at every step claiming normal wear & tear even after reviewing these photos.
