It was such a pleasure to meet you @Kev_Rex again and some of the team @CanCGDallas ! Thanks for the kind invitation!
Thanks to my friends at the @CanCGDallas for hosting LGen (ret’d) @ChrisWhitecross and me in beautiful #Austin Texas where we discussed our experiences working in and in support of @NATO. Great fun to share with Texans 🇨🇦’s leadership role in the @eFPBGLatvia . And the #BBQ!

Thank you for this reminder - to be kind
“Twice this week, I have watched an elderly individual, fade into the busy life in which we all live. One man just needed Panadol for his wife but the shop assistant simply said it’s in aisle ‘6’. But he struggled to navigate the supermarket and as I watched him go in the wrong

Remembrance Day. This day is always a day of reflection for me. Today I’m remembering those who gave all and those who still give. And I would do it all over again. #serviceaboveself #canadianarmedforces #WeWillRememberThem
