Corruption much?? This Judge didn't even attempt to appear impartial. With a nod and a wink at former Gov. Inslee, she ruled I-2066 unconstitutional in a nonsensical statement - a slap in the face to the 540,000 citizens that signed the petition to protect access to natural gas.
