Update: first question was “what are your pronouns?” My answer was “whatever makes you feel comfortable” . I was also pushed really hard to get on birth control to address cramps that I said weren’t bad. Now I understand why 60% of my generation are on the pill.
Finally getting over my fear of doctors after all of the childhood medical abuse. I’m headed to my first check-up with a general practitioner in over 4 years. Some things you just have to face in order to get better and grow up.

Today is the last day of Pride Month. It seems like this year, it’s finally beginning to die down. It’s no longer culturally acceptable to sexualize children or for hospitals to churn them through the meat grinder. Good riddance and thank God that kids like me will be saved.

It bothers me when people tell me that I should resent my mom and dad for their mistakes (that were made under intense duress). I used to and it only made things worse. Love isn’t warfare. Even if they did anything wrong, you’re not supposed to fight fire with fire in a family.
