It is with deep loss I learnt of Sir Shridath "Sonny" Ramphal's passing, architect of ACP, icon of regional integration & global justice. Stalwart of diplomacy whose legacy shaped OACPS, Commonwealth, CARICOM & advanced independence of many states. A visionary giant rests.
