New construction of single-family homes dropped 8.1% from May’s revised estimate to 982,000, while multifamily starts jumped 15% to 568,000. On a yearly basis, single-family starts fell 15.7%, while multifamily surged 16.4%. https://t.co/cvxzvHW280
