I’m convinced that if one isn’t deliberate about creating moments to slow down and reflect, life will force it on you. And often, this trigger is a tragedy or heartbreak. Painful as those moments can be, there are lessons in there. Dig for them. Don’t waste the opportunity.

@dozieohaeri I can DM you vendors for different goods. The only caveat is Poor infrastructure and security can hamper the cost effective delivery of goods down south. And in some cases, they arrive spoiled. So will check whether they send down south. Alas, cost of poor governance

A conversation today with one of the young security guards at my apartment building reminded me again of the graveness of the youth unemployment issue in Nigeria. Here’s a problem that can easily be turned into an opportunity but I doubt the private sector alone can do this.

@asemota Yep. I lived in both. I left the U.K. and moved to the US drawn it by all the promise of more. You didn’t have to ask me to leave. I moved myself back after 3 years. You get more on paper, less in the quality of life (at least the one I wanted).
