Through this field experiment, my coauthor Danbee Lee and I want to tell a story about our own identities. We are extremely thankful for the support from various sources, and I hope my Asian colleagues can keep telling Asian stories. This is how we advocate for social justice.

(1) Asians experience about the same level of discrimination as other racial minority groups do, (2) it is even harder for noncitizen immigrants to gain access to quality long term care services, (3) for-profit nursing homes are LESS discriminative. There is no model minority.

@chengyuan87 @wangshuping0102 @WestonMerrick @Results4America @PAReview The major takeaway of this research is that, evidence-based practice can never achieve its goal if government decision-makers are leaved with no support. Without any support, causal evidence will be ignored. However, a simple label of "evidence-based" can make changes.

We updated our previous working paper on GPT models for text annotation with new findings. Cross five annotation tasks on emails from an audit experiment, we find GPT-4 can achieve ~86% accuracy rate, using human annotation results as a benchmark: https://t.co/xKLpnWvj7p
