MOLD PIE. Here's a pie with an egg yolk on which we've grown something that resembles the mold of a ripe camembert. This egg yolk ends up with the texture of a runny well-ripened brie or camembert while retaining the sticky richness of a poached egg. Moldy food can be good food.
