I always love it when a plan falls into place!. There is no better feeling than helping people create and celebrate their dream day and I feel so lucky and honoured every time someone chooses me to help them with their wedding.

Wow, I can't believe it's June already! But it does mean I will be out and about doing more shows. I will be at Holdenby House for my second @gbfoodfestival of the year, and then I can't wait to be at the 140th Lincolnshire Show on the 18/19th. Make sure you come and say hi!

I still love this dish.
Bibimbap is one of the best known Korean dishes. Traditionally it is made with marinated beef but @ChefRachelGreen has added her own twist to this dish, using venison loin, which combines perfectly with the spicy Sriracha sauce. Get the recipe here:

I’ve set myself a challenge to get fit again and raise funds for @YorkshireBTC who have supported me through my brain tumour rollercoaster. Five months to train to complete the 21.5 miles Coastal ramble. It’s going to be hard as I still struggle with fatigue,weakness etc 🧠❤️.
