I share this so everyone sees clearly what happened. I take responsibility for delegating without deeper checks. But my intention was never to put this initiative at risk , only to make sure things were organized while I balanced work.

Sadly in the morning woke up at 4:30 am to prepare myself to go to Usikimye as planned and be on time. Called her she picked she was still sleeping i asked her "are we not going mbona umelala" she was just murmuring. Then she later sent me that message.
