Need details. POTUS says "Japan will pay Reciprocal Tariffs to the United States of 15%". On its own, that should be interpreted to mean that the IEEPA-Reciprocal order that currently collects 10% on all imports from Japan will be amended (+5% for Japan on the Annex A.).
