A gigantic well done to Wayne who today smashed his marathon PB and finished second place in today’s race. Throughly deserved, Wayne’s dedication and work ethic in training is something for every runner to aspire to! #running #marathon
Massive PB for me today in the marathon 2.36.09 😊 felt great from halfway so went for it and managed a negative split. Most pleased about that tbh 👊

Great to be back racing again with actual people also great to have my club mates racing too, everyone did so well with Pb's and some strong running 😁. Not a pb today but felt strong over the second half so pleased with that. Onwards to the marathon.
