Not read original comment from the bishop but sounds like even bishops don't understand what #Church or #Chaplaincy mean. "...where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name, there am I among them..." #Chaplains are the Church, wherever God has called them to serve @revdbutterworth
Interesting to read a Bishop's comment that chaplains go into chaplaincy as they don't like the Church. (This about advocates for change). Hmm. Maybe (though people can like Church + want change) but also others unwanted by Church/called to chaplaincy, life circumstances etc.

#WellbeingAtWork be wonderful if all workplaces offerred similar breakout spaces. Not many lakes closby... but a safespace #QuietRoom #ZenRoom easily offers massive support as teams get back 2desks or shopfloor. [Prayer time. Reflection. Regroup. Wellbeing] Staff greatest asset

It's #GriefAwarenessWeek
#Death is still often taboo. #Grieving has a time limit imposed on it. #Bereavement is confined to only people who have died but what about those who lose a pet or who have a loved one cut off all contact? #Chaplains what can we do!?
