Why did W3F do this???

- The project is better suited to VC funding, such as those that will have a token attached to the project - Project is clearly part of the "current narrative" hype cycle (see re-staking as a previous example) - The scope of the project falls under an existing bounty

Other reasons may include: - Proponent has a history of not delivering - Milestones are not clear, or may result in a sunk cost fallacy due to a lack of transparent upfront pricing agreements - No product market fit - No actual economic value model attached to the project

3. We do not believe the proponent has the competency, skill, or resources for the scope. In these cases, we leverage our social network & have determined that even though the scope of the referendum may seem good, the proponent likely will not deliver upon its scope.

2. We do not believe that the scope of the referendum is needed, wanted, or useful. In these cases, we simply do not think the scope of the referendum is good, and therefore are NAY.

1. We do not believe the amount requested matches the scope of the referendum. In these cases, we believe the referendum is overpriced and may vote AYE in the event that the referendum is resubmitted, with the same scope, but at a cheaper cost.
