I have a lot of thoughts about this. It was a warning to other companies. Relatively low stakes politically, because the world can live with a slow down in Hyundai battery production and most of the foreign workers were Korean. It was NOT a food factory. More on that 👇 🧵

One of the larger projects designed by @ChangRobotics had 1,200 headcount with automated production lines. After including autonomous robots & forklifts, and process conveyance the headcount at the factory opening was 335 including office staff. Forever opex savings.

It’s Wednesday, and we invested in an industry changing company. Blue Vigil has created an autonomous drone system to provide nighttime construction lighting for roadwork and critical job sites. Built to OSHA specs, and MADE IN USA. Less than 50 lbs, 12 hr flight time!

What I recommend is the following national prescription: -maximize greenhouse farming with automation -maximize loop house farming with robotic harvesting -step function in vertical organic farming (I’ll post on this later) -local co-ops and eating local -crop rotation and
Hear me out: every surplus dollar from tariffs goes into zero interest loans for farmers to buy automated farm equipment (so long as it’s not made in China)
