Simply, the WBC didn't do tests on the hens that sourced the eggs consumed by Conor Benn. They could've tested to check if the metabolites match with accidental contamination from egg consumption. They relied on his claim of high egg diet and previous research. Simply saying

YES, Drug tests Conor Benn failed: -July 25, 2022: positive for clomifene -September 1, 2022: positive for clomifene Excuse: Unintentional contamination, with a WBC investigation finding a highly elevated consumption of eggs was a reasonable explanation for the trace amounts.
