Easy ways to defuse arguments: 1. Repeat the words "I'm sorry" over and over again until the person calms down 2. 2nd to last word, say what you need to say and walk away. Arguments cant' happen with one person. 3. Agree with the person..."You're stupid"..."I agree". #teachers
