Davide nails it. x402 is the payment pipe, but the real value lies in what flows through it. Thatās why weāre building Proof of Agency. Instead of just verifying that an agent was paid, we verify why it deserved to be. Through causal audits of each agentās workflow,
hot take payments are simple: money is fungible & non-differentiated reputation is complex: services are very differentiated, information is variable & distributed that's why we need a simple uniform payment rail (x402) & a variety of trust models (8004 standard enables this!)
