@CeriThomas01 Big fan of openness and transparency but I guess my initial reaction is to query whether it’s rare because this is just so unusual and shambolic. I also wonder how this lower level staff will feel about this as well. What a mess.

This level of openness is rare and maybe (?) refreshing BUT seriously a hands-on chairman shouldn't be this much in the dark with only 48 hours of a transfer window to go.
