Enjoyed a walk along Fremington Pill with the sight of 28 Cattle Egrets dropping in, it was the biggest count there since I first saw a few a couple of years ago! Also a supporting cast of 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 6 Little Egret & 3 Greenshank. Plus the usual birds seen here.

Superb afternoon at @WKWT Brandon Marsh, highlight was a male Marsh Harrier in flight, managed some poor record shots!

Enjoyed an early walk this morning at @WKWT Brandon Marsh NR with a few notables, 2 Marsh Harriers, 1 Red Kite, 2 Kestrels & 1 Great White Egret over Alban’s Reed bed.

A visit to @STWDraycote water this afternoon resulted in spotting 2 pairs of Red Crested Pochard & the long staying Ferruginous Duck, enabling some record shots whilst the sun shone!

Went to see Paul McCartney at the O2 last night, only waited 61 years to see him live. What a fabulous show which included a set of 36 songs, so he played for over 2 & half hours! 🪣 📋 ✅ “Legend”@PaulMcCartney #PaulMcCartney #PaulMcCartneyGotBack

I enjoyed a trip to @STWDraycote earlier today with highlights being the 47 Swifts passing through, 1 Great Northern Diver & a Yellow Wagtail, sadly no Terns were seen? Then to @WKWT Brandon Marsh in search of a reported Green-Winged Teal, only managed these distant record shots!
