With the Sheffield 10k just around the corner, we are pleased to say that our patron @CarltonPalmer will be starting the race off with @jtrunforall!. Carlton and his wife Lucy will be running for Cavendish in memory of Carlton's father who passed away in August.

This week we've had a visit from our patron and @itvcalendar weather presenter @kerriegosneyTV. We updated Kerrie on all things Cavendish & she helped us out with her skills to provide the voiceover on our new promotional film (look out for that soon. 📷) Thanks Kerrie!

Throughout Kris's treatment, he was a huge supporter of Cavendish and since his death the wrestling world have come together year after year putting on events and challenges to raise funds for Cavendish.

In 2016, our loyal friend and Patron, Kris Travis, passed away from cancer at 32.“People who use the Cavendish Centre find reassurance and advice, and counselling can be one of the most important parts of the healing process. It can help you feel like life is worth living again.”.

Wrestling community hit £40k in memory of Kris Travis 🧡. On Friday we headed to their annual One More Round event, which has been running for 8 years, to share our thanks and let everyone know the amazing news that they have raised over £40k in Kris's memory.

Andrew & Paul from The Curve are embarking on a mammoth challenge this Thursday, as they cycle from St Paul's Cathedral to St Andrew's in Scotland. The cycle totals 540 miles, around 8 hours a day. Plus the combined ascent is over 14,500ft - that's taller than Mount Kilimangiaro!
