To kick off the Bank Holiday weekend, the Causeway Sensors team headed out to do a beach cleanup. and got so carried away, we needed extra refuse bags!. If you fancy helping out yourself, take a look at the list in the thread to find out what groups need volunteers near you.

Matt McAuley, our Head of Data, was at @bigdatabelfast last week and relayed how positive it was to the rest of the team at today's all-hands meeting.

We're really happy to welcome Matthew McAuley to the Causeway team!. Matt will be giving the company's data science capability a major boost and he's already making fantastic contributions. (This new hire has been made possible by @SmartnanoNI funding from @UKRI_News.)

Causeway Sensors is out at @Kernel_Capital's Investment Day this morning, hearing the excellent pitches from our innovative stablemates in the Kernel portfolio. Antony, our CEO, is presenting Causeway's exciting pitch and strategy for rapid growth in the #bioproduction space.

All-island innovation and priorities for F&HE were some of the topics discussed when @SimonHarrisTD visited our labs as part of his visit to @QUBelfast. Antony Murphy, our incoming CEO, very much enjoyed talking with him and demoing our novel bioproduction technology.

It was fantastic to discuss Causeway's world-leading technology with @KwasiKwarteng, SoS @beisgovuk, during his visit to our labs. Antony Murphy (our incoming CEO) also highlighted how the @SmartnanoNI consortium is directly addressing the UK's Innovation Strategy priorities.

We were delighted to have the opportunity to demonstrate some of our technology to @PJohnstonFCDO, the UK Ambassador to Ireland, in our laboratory space. It was great to have such a good conversation about the importance of research and the opportunities photonics R&D brings.
