This time last week I was shuffling (and it really was shuffling from miles 8-13) around Cardiff raising money for @thegrandappeal - good to meet some new faces in the same shirts along the way-a shared understanding of what a brilliant charity it is πŸ‘ΆπŸ‘¦πŸΌπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈβ™₯️

Today I led my first NIV study day since being back from maternity leave. To most of you this may not seem like a big deal but for me its highlighted how far I’ve come since being back at work post baby πŸ‘Ά. Feeling like I’m getting my mojo back! #respisbest #celebratingsuccess

Had my smear test this morning, with a tired 7 month old in tow. The nurse was so lovely and I was out in 10 mins. After one of my best friends was diagnosed with cervical cancer in her 20’s I feel I owe it to her and my own family to make sure I get tested @JoTrust #timetotest

It’s #GynaeCancerAwarenessMonth. Here are the symptoms of cervical cancer, one of the 5 gynaecological cancers. It’s important to know that these symptoms can be caused by other conditions, but if you experience any, you should get them checked. https://t.co/emY7OXPMON
