WHY on earth are we giving Serco responsibility for contact tracing?
Here are 3 reasons why we shouldn't
@MattHancock
we need local public sector teams, not a shady outsourcing giant with a track record of fraud and failure

Hi Colin, various scandals listed on this page The breast cancer hotline story seems particularly relevant Let me know if we can help further, would be great to hear more about your work on this

Jobs for their mates. That is what the Tories do with our money. I wouldn't give that lying cheating organisation a penny.

You cannot be serious!
This outfit can barely run a waste collection service. Public service outsourcing is so old hat, John Major, New Labour. Every time a major scandal emerges I hope governments will finally see sense and bring contracts in house. But they never ever do...

Carry on Covid. Another UK blockbuster. Mistakes, stupidity and structural failures - they have undermined state capacity and public health. At least the films were funny (well occasionally!)

These outsourcing companies aren't fit for purpose AND the contract details aren't tight enough. Probably the money put in isn't enough either to deliver a FULL functioning delivery of the contract as is specified. It's a total mess & the Governments keep making the same mistakes

Serious question:
Is Scotland included in the Serco contract for contact tracing?
Has
@NicolaSturgeon
been smart enough to avoid this? I heard that
@scotgov
has been training NHS Scotland staff.
So will we escape Serco in Scotland?
Does anyone know the answers here?
