3rd @CastelnauUK’s Pinot-dominant prestige cuvée, a blend of 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012 vintages. Deep gold, voluptuous, complex: hints of quince, peach, vanilla cream, crystalised ginger; aromas then turn to baked apple, leather, cocoa, a touch of tobacco and mushroom. Delicious
