Late to the party to see this. Thank you @davidjbuck for highlighting TTPH. Understanding public views on different areas of public health helps us tailor interventions, campaigns and inform policy. Aug survey findings will be published end of Nov! .@keh444 @PublicHealthW.
I'll say it again. Why isn't @DHSCgovuk @ohid publically, systematically and transparently understanding/testing/publicising public views on key #prevention and #publichealth topics, like @PublicHealthW is?

Love @CMO_England’s point on the power of data. Collecting data isn’t an academic exercise. Without data you won’t get any action in government! So collect the data to be able to create and drive a plan forward!!.

Really interesting point highlighted by @CMO_England in @FPH lecture about biasing gaps in research in terms of older people with multi-morbidity being excluded from research, and this shouldn’t be allowed. #futurepublichealth

Fantastic to have this work published from Donna’s @KESS_Central Masters 🥳! An under-explored area, important to consider adolescents’ perspectives! . @keh444 @ProfJCarlHughes.
New review by @PublicHealthW & @BangorUni links parental technoference to negative impacts on adolescent mental health & violent behaviour. Awareness & responsible device use can help set positive examples for young minds

Over 60% of adults and a quarter of children in Wales are above their healthy weight. We want to make the healthy choice the easy choice by reducing promotions of foods that are high in fat, sugar and salt and contribute the most to obesity. More info here 👇.
