@DoccyD0c @CarysBarton The current approach makes it easy to do. target "non doctors" (who are not the cause of the problem) on top of a pay claim alienate rest of workforce, make it easy to shout protectionism. It makes no sense as a strategy. Also if successful the consequences will be dire.

I have really enjoyed twitter/X and the phenomenal people I have been lucky to meet.But I am heartbroken at the way those in so called “caring professions” are turning on each other. I’ve had a long,proud and fulfilling career as a nurse. What a sad note to end on.
