This person said “I’m not angry” 😂😂. Just didn’t like being given the facts. What an absolute disgrace of a person.

People may experience and initial negative response to the stimulus. The overall benefits of being fitter are not up for debate
@Cartermill65675 @NeurologistMom I’m afraid it’s a fact that m.e or systemic exertion intolerance disease (a different US name) is defined by PEM, where any exertion, especially exercise, but in the more severe it can be ADLs or cognitive activity, makes people crash/v ill & if repeated, their baseline declines

The irony of your points are not lost on me. I have an extensive knowledge of this topic. It’s ok if you don’t understand the therapeutic effects of exercise. It’s a complex topic.
@Cartermill65675 @frmlss @NeurologistMom Stop talking about things you don't know anything about. It's no shame not to be educated, but you can always change that! https://t.co/aOJhzDe3YT

It doesn’t fail it just needs to be continued. It’s all about persistence and balance. That’s the key.

Unfortunately the poster has blocked rather than engaged. Yes I would say in some ways that’s the most important time to increase the bodies resilience to the stimulus.

Could not agree more. Public support gone, colleague support also gone. The most greedy attempt at a money grab I’ve ever seen. All while outcomes get worse, harm increases. So so wrong, I think they have forgotten why they decided to be Drs
Resident doctors strikes are completely unnecessary and irresponsible. My team and I have been talking to the BMA in good faith and are prepared to negotiate on jobs and conditions. They’ve had a 28.9% pay rise. We can’t go further now. But we can address jobs and conditions👇🏻

I’m unable to reply because the OP doesn’t like people who don’t agree. The focus should be on what people can do then jobs become possible. A continual focus on what can’t be done is a barrier and keeps people at home living off the state.
@Cartermill65675 @Shrink_at_Large 'Let’s focus on what people can do not what they can’t' If someone is going to get a job they have to do everything the role demands, or have an agreement about not doing a certain task, or have adaptations in place for that.
