But some of yall can’t lift 2 days before your elite super select tournament where you travel 300 miles to play teams that are within 10 miles of each other

Not training in-season is like working your ass off in the dark to build a business that succeeds & then resting on your laurels, assuming it’ll maintain success on it’s own because you used to work hard. Ask blockbuster and Redbox how that worked out. Always train in-season.

I’ll keep it real with you The biggest thing holding you back from making progress as an athlete… Is that you only take training seriously 2-4 months per-year in your “off-season.” Real development occurs when you work to get stronger, faster & more explosive YEAR ROUND

At some point as an Athlete, you have to decide if you’re all in. Being all in requires you to do the work that isn’t fun or flashy. It requires you to do stuff that ACTUALLY works. If that’s not you, just be honest. It’s truly NOT for everyone, and that’s okay.

If you are a High school athlete that can’t make time to get to the weight room… I hope you don’t plan on playing at the next level, because trust me you will be training year round. Even on game-days👀

Funny how all these “coaches” have no idea about training athletes. But, because they played 20+ years ago they know anything and everything.
