Same as Japan…plus populaces of both Countries are educated… unlike all the millions of low IQ Americans…however China presents a totally different picture once a few miles outside the Cities…poverty….

Bull Shit.
I went to the grocery store to get something to cook for dinner and came across a woman, with 3 kids, crying…I mean bawling… because she didn’t know how she was going to continue to feed her kids due to the prices on almost everything being 4-5 times higher then they were.

I go back as far as Snead and seeing Watson’s, Palmer’s & Nicklaus’ entire career. Mays & Mantle, Hull & Howe, Russell & West, Connors & Laver, Moss & Fangio, Unitas & Brown, Petty & Bobby Allison…. So am fairly qualified to opine…more than most.

He’s a better human being, that there is no doubt about…and to me that’s a big part of the Greatness package with any athlete. However at this point in time any number of golfers are ahead of Scottie golfwise…Hogan, Snead, Palmer, Nicklaus, Seve, Tiger, Phil to name a few….
@86Thornton @CaptPat48 I don’t think it’s so clear that Scheffler is a better golfer than Tiger. The challenge is “better” is so subjective from person-to-person, which is why having some criteria of performance (wins, strokes gained, etc.) is helpful. It’s a fun conversation for sure.

I know you love rankings and there’s nothing wrong with that but like I’ve said before they are still too subjective. How would one rank a Player that has just 9 PGA wins but 4 were Majors against a player with 23 PGA wins and nary a Major? Seriously you can’t….
