Introducing our first keynote for NASH 86: @OmarMouallem! Omar has writing credits all across the globe, he's co-founded two magazines, hosted the the Alberta Magazines podcast and won a Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Award in 2022.

Sports lovers, this session at @nashconference is for you. Host of @yegsportstalk , host of @HelloHockeyShow and Edmonton Correspondent for NHL Network, @TomGazzola knows sports! He'll be doing a session at NASH 86 on finding your voice in sports journalism.

Black also recently reported and produced an episode of @GlobalTV's "Crime Beat: Most Wanted." Her work has been recognized for outstanding leadership in the mental health sector.

We've got some amazing speakers lined up for @nashconference, like @morganrblack, who will be doing a session on feature writing! Black is an award-winning digital journalist @GlobalEdmonton. She was a @caj finalist in 2021 and won a national RTDNA award in 2019.

CUP members can submit two submissions per category with no cost. Subsequent submissions can be submitted for $5. Non-CUP members and individuals can submit their first submission for $15, with every subsequent submission for $5 each (two max per category).

Nominations close November 20, 2023. Articles published from October 1, 2022 to November 1, 2023 are eligible for awards.
