When we are looking at creating athletes and movers than can do things at a high level, consistently - we have to dig deeper, besides what our bias tells us.

So why do we bring this up? Because it is important for us to understand that certain things in the body and the brain operate with preference. And within that preference can be mastery that doesn’t have to taught a lot
