The government in trying to push through it's 'ideology' of injustice has myopically started a wave of interest and education into the people's constitution of common law trial by jury. May I help aid in that education👇 https://t.co/8zz35gAoGH

@Tumble_W33D @lawsocgazette @UKLabour The removal of proper checks and balances all at once should be a massive red flag.

@LouLeeLouLa Yes - interesting that Bastiat wrote his essay 'the Law' in 1850. Lysander Spooner answered him in 1852 with the solution - an essay on Trial by Jury. There is was, the hidden solution to false collectivist ideology of 'the social contract'.

@britishstandd It seems that there are forces at work which seek the fall of parliament. The only way to salvage anything good it is to remove the bad apples, and stop entertaining debate about proposed legislation which is unlawful. It means facing the fact that parliament is not omnipotent.

There's a lot of these going around. It's a logical fallacy to think that voting someone out will make a difference when voting and majority opinion is what government has already weaponised to reduce our common right of trial by jury!
This is @JamesFrith He voted to take away my right to trial by jury, at the very next opportunity vote him out #BuryNorth

No one says it like Passio.
@DocAhmadMalik And why no one should be using the label Jew, Muslim, Christian or other labels except the globalist psychopaths, Satanists, etc It only divides large groups of humans who have no idea why they are being attacked. It's ignorance Satanism is the ancient religion Mark Passio

Education is the key to restoring our common law constitution of natural justice.
@sdavieslaw @KarlTurnerMP And I can also offer you and other lawyers, for free, a briefing on how the common law of the land was subverted by parliament in 1688 and how it continues to this day which has led to the current fiasco of parliament dictating people's rights. https://t.co/CcPVspOtiw

And for the antidote, the solution, please see 'An Essay on the Trial by Jury' Lysander Spooner
"When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it." (*The Law*, 1850)

@CalvinPerr26876 Here's a choice point refective of what Steiner was getting at here: Do we choose and restore Trial by Jury or walk towards Trial by Machine?

The Coronation Oath Act 1688 was a piece of customary common law unconstitutionally drafted into statute. Text was inserted that commanded the King to govern according to "statutes in parlyament agreed on". This began the long term plan to implement a legislatorial dictatorship.

Less courts + less juries = more despotism More courts + more juries = more justice

"Or we could develop a new level of consciousness that unites thinking, morality, and spiritual perception".
What if the real crisis of the future isn’t climate, politics, or technology; but human consciousness itself? Steiner believed humanity is at a turning point. Not the end of the world. But the end of a certain way of living in the world. For thousands of years people relied

The entire nation is furious with public servants thinking that they own our natural rights and can just vote away our common right of trial by jury. Now is the perfect opportunity to passionately educate common law trial by jury back into operation. https://t.co/dhV3xSVjFu

Equal justice means no one is immune from prosecution. So, what about when government commits crime, especially crimes that breach the constitution? Trial by jury is how everyone is held accountable for crimes under the common law. This is equal justice for all.

"Juries are civic magic — a secular miracle".
I recently became one of the 12% of Britons to have sat on a jury that saw a case through to a verdict. And I endorse every word of this. One of the most powerful moments arrives after the summing up, when the usher swears … "I shall keep this jury in a private and convenient

@Rehiana1980 This highlights the illegitimacy of majority opinion. The people's common law constitution of TBJ is based upon moral principle and natural justice and binds the legislature. It is the belief that legislation is above principle that will be our downfall.

Now that we are learning about the tyranny of majority vote as per last nights illegitimate vote to remove our natural rights; now is the perfect opportunity to educate ourselves about moral principle and natural justice. https://t.co/jxXOpghDf6
