1:45 p.m. The broken semi was towed. Now a two vehicle collision is causing back up on westbound I-80.
12:53 p.m. Semi has been moved, lane #3 is now open, however still significant traffic backed up on westbound I-80.

SR-70 Construction Update – Butte County.Crews are making great progress on a bridge improvement project along State Route 70 north of Oroville! Motorists may notice lane closures and construction activity in the area. Project completion is expected in early 2026.
