On the girls side we have McKenzie right at 20 and Avery knocking on 19mph’s door. The younger girls are all getting faster as well.

After yesterday’s 10 yard flies we now have 7 guys in the 20mph club. Trystan, Gabe, John, Carson, Sam, Price and Tate. It’s going to be a fun season!!

For the first time in my career I was exposed to HIGH LEVEL track athletes. My main takeaways: 1) Track athletes move different then most team sport athletes when sprinting: fluid, coordinated & with intent 2) Training for track raises all tides of athletic development

High School Track practice Monday thru Friday this week. Will finish at 4:30 each day. Will be outside on Tuesday.
